Article 1: Methods of Collecting Personal Data
All the data concerning you is collected directly through the data you provide to us via any direct or indirect interaction with our company and dedicated platforms (registration forms, product questionnaires, etc.).
AREX may collect Personal Data from users of its site in the following cases:
- When the User wishes to make any type of request via the “Contact Us” section of the Site. In this case, AREX collects the name, first name, email address, and, if applicable, postal address. This data is used solely for the purpose of contacting you and providing the required information.
- When the User wishes to obtain a quote for AREX products. In this case, AREX collects the name, first name, email address, postal address, profession, and phone number.
AREX is also required to collect Personal Data from users through the Product Questionnaires in the following cases:
- When AREX collects information for Post-Marketing Surveillance. In this case, AREX distributes the Questionnaires to Distributors (exported products) or to End Users of AREX products in France via email (GMAIL account).
AREX offers a newsletter subscription and uses the User’s email address to provide additional information about products and services that may be of interest. If the user no longer wishes to receive these communications, they can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email.
Article 2: Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing
